Cor Monadum (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates Pearls of Love, an SMS subscription service. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
We comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
1. Information We Collect
When you sign up for Pearls of Love, we collect:
- Name
- Phone number (to deliver SMS messages)
- Email address
- Delivery time preference (11:11, 1:44, 6:39, etc)
- Payment information (collected and processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your full card details)
- Consent record: the timestamp, IP address, and method of consent when you check the SMS opt-in checkbox, retained as required under CASL
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver your daily SMS passage at your chosen time
- Process and manage your subscription billing
- Respond to support requests (HELP replies, email inquiries)
- Maintain records of consent as required by law
- Improve the Service
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
To operate Pearls of Love, we share limited data with the following service providers, each of which processes data under their own privacy and security policies:
- Sakari — SMS delivery platform (receives phone number and message content)
- Stripe — payment processing (receives billing information)
- Make.com — automation middleware connecting our signup form, Stripe, and Sakari (passes subscriber data between these systems)
4. Data Retention
Consent records are retained for at least three (3) years after the end of your subscription, as required under CASL. Other account information is retained for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and billing purposes.
5. Your Rights
- nsubscribe from SMS at any time by replying STOP
- Cancel your subscription at any time (see Terms of Service for details)
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at qzcor@cormonadum.io
We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe as required under PIPEDA.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International Subscribers
If you subscribe from outside Canada (for example, the United States, United Kingdom, or Australia), your information may be processed in Canada or by third-party providers located elsewhere. By subscribing, you consent to this transfer and processing.
8. Children’s Privacy
Pearls of Love is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
